Tom Holland displayed some awesome self-regulation skills recently. I’m sure he does this in other areas of his life, but he recently announced that he’s taking a break from Instagram because it took over his life.

“It was taking over my life, and I was becoming obsessed by it,” the actor said. “Like, ‘How many likes did I get?’ and ‘What did people say about my picture?’ and who’s doing this and who’s doing that. I found myself focusing more on my Instagram life than I was on my real life.”

Tom’s not the only one with this problem. However, if your kids need motivation to unplug, just tell them Spiderman did it.
