Who knew too much sitting could lead to depression? Well, in teens it can, which probably means it can contribute to depression in adults too.
A recent study of teens between the ages of 12 and 16 found out it matters.
“They found that for every additional hour of “sedentary behaviour” a day, the teenager’s risk of depression at 18 rose by up to 11%.”
The solution? Get off the screens and get outside!
